The Water Reticulation Systems would increase access to clean and safe drinking water, and reduce waterborne diseases. The ambulance would improve response to health emergencies in the farfetched communities of Mitete District.
Further, the MP expressed gratitude, on behalf of the people of Mitete, to the Ministries of Finance, Local Government and Rural Development, respectively, and the Mitete Town Council for their financial and technical support before, during and after the handovers. Hon. Mutelo passionately thanked and prayed for President Hakainde Hichilema for remembering the rural people in terms of infrastructural development. For without him the projects would not have been possible.
